Sujood

كَلَّا لَا تُطِعْهُ وَاسْجُدْ وَاقْتَرِبْ

No! Do not obey him. But prostrate and draw near [to

Allah ].

Submitting to Allah, putting your forehead on the ground and pouring your heart out to Him has to be the best feeling. Its beyond words.

“And In Sujood I found what I lost!”

Sujood is the only position where the brain is below the heart. It reduces stress. And this position is only for Allah. So, don’t rush your Sujood, you are closest to Allah at this point. So make the most of it and increase it with Duaa.
